Q1: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Q2: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days in most cases. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and the carrier.

Q3: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Q4: Can I change my address or order details?
A: If you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, we may be able to help. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

Q5: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please use our size guide and measure bust/waist/hips before ordering. Minor differences (about 1–3 cm) can occur due to manual measurement.

Q6: Can I return my order?
A: Yes — eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Q7: Why does the color look slightly different?
A: Lighting, screen settings, and fabric batches can cause slight color variation. This is normal for apparel photography.

Q8: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review and assist.
