Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

After placing your order, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

7–15 business days

International:
10–20 business days

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information after shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

• Gigiqueen is not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
• Address changes may only be requested within 12 hours of order placement


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Gigiqueen and Evergrove Retail LLC are not responsible for customs delays.


Refused, Returned, or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is refused, returned, or unclaimed:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping and processing fees may apply
• Refund eligibility depends on the condition of the returned item

Orders destroyed due to customs non-clearance may not be eligible for refund.
