Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, or damage
• Returned in original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Evergrove Retail LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Promotional or free items
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
• Items returned in used or damaged condition


How to Request a Return

• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within:

5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Partial refunds may be issued for items showing signs of use
• Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be declined
